Annual Report 2018

It is important to acknowledge and remember that all donors come out of human tragedy and that organ and tissue donation would not be possible without the generosity of families at a very difficult time.

In 2018, there were 62 donors who donated following death, enabling 192 recipients to receive kidney, liver, lung, heart or pancreas transplants. Many more people received tissue transplants (cornea, sclerae, heart valves and skin) from these donors.
